Why am I being charged in GBP?

Currently all payments are in British pounds, in the future we will accept payments in other currencies.

Who has accredited these courses?

The courses are not officially accredited; however they have been developed by industry experts and are aligned with current research and European retailer codes of practice. We are working closely with industry bodies to ensure the courses cover the main issues within the sector and in the future we will sought to gain approval for the coures.

When can I take the course?

Once the course has been purchased it is instantly available and can be taken at anytime, 24-7.

The course I want to take is not in the language I need?

If there is a specific course and language combination you need please let us know through the ‘contact’ section of the website.

Do I get a certificate when I pass the course?

A certificate is issued to the successful candidate when they have passed the course which is valid for one year.

What happens if I fail the exam?

Do not worry; you are able to undertake the exam until you have achieved the required pass mark.
